This course prepares learners with the abilities to apply the knowledge and skills in preparing cookie doughs and baking cookies.
During this course, learners will be shown by skilled pastry chefs who will impart the knowledge and essential principles of baking cookies. Learners will acquire techniques in making cookies such as sifting, creaming, folding, whisking, shaping, scooping and cutting. They will also be equipped with the ability to identify common faults in baking cookies and how to prevent them.
