At the end of the lesson, learners will attain knowledge and competencies related to preparation of traditional dim sum dishes. They will also possess the ability to professionally work with Asian ingredients to produce dim sum dishes such as Steamed Beef Balls with Beancurd Sheet, Soft and Flaky Wife Biscuit and Teochew Rice Dumplings (潮州粉粿).
