The Hawker Heritage Series introduces skills and techniques on classic hawker dishes. This is a hands-on 1 day programme designed for those who wish to embark on a culinary journey into hawker cuisine. Learners will be involved in the selection and preparation of condiments from raw ingredients. They will also have the opportunities to learn the techniques of steaming the dough base in deriving delectable Chwee Kueh and Char Kueh.

  • Trainees are required to clean up kitchen after class.

Please note that our kitchens are designed to accommodate 24 Trainees with 3 Trainees sharing one work-station. With relaxation of Covid measures, we have reverted to conducting classes at full capacity of 24 pax.
