This is a hands-on 1 day programme designed for those who wish to embark on a culinary journey into hawker cuisine. Learners will acquire valuable cooking tips and understand the various ingredients used in making delicious Chicken Rice. It also includes the know-hows in cooking tender fluffy rice, the appropriate steps in steaming of chicken, making rich chicken stock and dips.

  • Trainees are required to clean up kitchen after class.

Please note that our kitchens are designed to accommodate 24 Trainees with 3 Trainees sharing one work-station. With relaxation of Covid measures, we have reverted to conducting classes at full capacity of 24 pax.
