This module equips participants with the knowledge and necessary skills in preparing Advanced Dim Sum Dishes. Module content includes purpose of ingredients, characteristics and indicators of quality, correct consistency and standard quality of products.

Practical hands-on culinary skills to prepare some dishes such as:

  • Chicken feet in Spicy bean sauce
  • Pan-fried Dumpling
  • Taro Puff
  • Steamed Pork Bun
  • Steamed Lava Custard Bun
  • Steamed Prawn Dumpling

*DIshes may vary depending on the availability of ingredients.
