Upon completion of the course, learners will develop working knowledge in following food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures for application in the workplace. This includes practising good personal hygiene, using safe ingredients, handling food safely, storing food safely, and maintaining cleanliness of utensils, equipment and service / storage areas. The successful completion of this programme will certify participants to be competent to work in the F&B industry as required by SFA.

Registration will close 1 week before the course commencement date or when class is full, whichever is earlier.

  • If the participant fails to meet at least 75% attendance per module and/or fails to sit for an assessment or for any other reason where funding is not approved, company / trainee is required to reimburse ACI the funded portion of the course fees
