In this one day course, participants will be introduced to the language and cuisine – combining two outstanding elements for a perfect experience of the Japanese culture. Participants will spend the morning learning conversational Japanese, then proceed to learn to make two all-time favorite Japanese dishes: Chawanmushi and Teriyaki Chicken Don.

Trainees are required to clean up kitchen after class.
