Learners will be equipped with knowledge and skills to prepare basic Dim Sum dishes. Module content includes purpose of ingredients, characteristics and indicators of quality, correct consistency and standard quality of products.

In this programme, Learners will have:

  • Basic knowledge of key ingredients used in dim sum dishes
  • Practical hands-on culinary skills to prepare some dishes like Deep Fried Bean Curd Roll, Steamed Pork Siu Mai, Steamed Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce, Fried Glutinous Rice Puff and many more.

  • Trainees are required to clean up after class.
  • Attendance is required for all programmes (WSQ and non WSQ Courses).
  • There will be written and practical assessments for all WSQ Courses.

Withdrawal notification received less than 14 calendar days from the course commencement OR Upon course commencement

  • No refund of paid course fees
