This course will certainly bring your baking skills in the kitchen to the next level professionally. More than just bakes, but with our recently added module of Tea Diffusion and Coffee Brewing. Allowing individuals to not just serve up delicious bakes, but also with amazing coffee/tea to compliment.

  • For working professionals in the Food & Beverage industry who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge to obtain an industry recognised certification
  • Individuals who wish to change their career and enter the Food & Beverage industry


• Singapore Secondary 2 education and above, WPLN level 4 or equivalent
• Applicants are required to go through a briefing session before course commencement date.
• Trainees are required to purchase a starter kit which includes uniform, safety boots and tools set.
