This programme is designed for junior chefs who have a passion for pastry and bakery and wish to gain a deeper understanding of various Asian pastries and to enhance their baking skills by applying different techniques while using different Asian ingredients.

•  For working professionals in the Food & Beverage industry who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge to obtain an industry recognised certification

• Singapore Secondary 2 education and above, WPLN level 4 or equivalent
• Higher Certificate in Asian Pastry & Bakery or equivalent qualifications
• Applicants may be required to go through an interview

  • If the participant fails to meet at least 75% attendance per module and/or fails to sit for an assessment or for any other reason where funding is not approved.
  • The ​company / trainee is required to reimburse ACI the funded portion of the course fees.
