In this programme, participants will:

  • Be introduced to Thai Food Culture and influences.
  • Basic knowledge of Key ingredients used in Thai Cuisine.
  • Practical hands-on culinary skills to prepare some authentic Signature Dishes; including Thai dipping sauces, savoury Thai salads, Thai noodle dish, Thai curry, Tom Yam Soup and mouth-watering Pork dishes.
